On February 28, SP Advisors and the US Commercial Service hosted a meeting with representatives of small and medium enterprises from Central Ukraine at the US Embassy in Kyiv. US Commercial Service Senior Commercial Officer Martin Claessens opened the meeting with introductory remarks and then handed over proceedings to experts from SP Advisors. The meeting was aimed at introducing Ukrainian companies to the opportunities available to them in attracting financing, establishing companies in the US, opening bank accounts at leading US banking institutions, and hedging pricing risks.

"To date, we have secured more than USD 1 billion in investment for Ukrainian companies. We continue to work actively with the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) and we have established a strong working partnership with American Express to afford our long-time clients access to credit financing," said Nick Piazza, CEO of SP Advisors.
