Directly involved in the establishment of SP Advisors, Alex is now responsible for the company's operations, as well as legal support in corporate law and M&A activities, including corporate restructuring and reorganization and setting up offshore structures. Prior to SP Capital Management, Alexander spent 6 years with BG Capital, a leading regional investment bank. He has extensive experience setting up corporate subsidiaries in Europe and the CIS, as well as in M&A legal support. Before BG Capital, Alexander was deputy general director and legal counsel for Servis-Reestr and Etalon Corporation. Alexander holds a Master of Law from the Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University.
