The launch of SPCM was primarily driven by growing demand from our clients who regularly sought our help finding quality projects and also wanted the support of a professional team with a proven track record. Over the years, we have identified a number of small- and mid-sized opportunities overlooked by larger funds. We aim to capitalize on the lack of financing in this space.
