Most sectors of Ukrainian economy remained in negative territory in 2M13. Decline in industrial production deepened to 6.0% yoy in February from 3.2% yoy in January. This came solely from lower output in the utilities sector (-17.2% yoy in Feb.) due to relatively warm weather in February. Construction declined 15% yoy, and cargo transportation turnover was down 11% in 2M13.
