Ukraine finished 2012 with disappointing growth indicators. The decline in monthly industrial production deepened to 7.6% y/y in December vs. 3.7% in November, mainly due to the poor performance of export-oriented sectors. Metallurgy cut output 11.2% y/y, while production in machine-building contracted 18.8% y/y last month.
