SP Advisors, the Kyiv-based boutique investment firm with a focus on Eastern Europe, has been engaged as Financial Advisor by Obolon, one of the largest beer and beverage producers in Ukraine.

The engagement includes several strategic areas of focus including raising capital, hedging currency risks, and creating an international legal structure.
