June 2, 2017. Kyiv, Ukraine. Minority shareholders in Ukrainian Agrarian Investments (UAI) have sold their equity stake in one of Ukraine's largest agriculture holdings, Kernel. SP Advisors was the Exclusive Advisor to the shareholders for the sale of the shares. Details of the deal were not disclosed.
